The story

◆

The problem

Arcline’s robots were fast; the people looking after them were drowning. Every blocked aisle or missing tote raised an alarm, and operators spent their shift acknowledging them.

What I did

We turned alarms into an exception queue. Each exception explains what happened, what is waiting behind it and who is closest — with the robot’s own camera view one tap away.

The result

Alarms fell by 60%, exceptions are cleared in 90 seconds instead of four minutes, and each shift picks 27% more per hour.
